{ Excellent experience from start to finish. I completed the online appointment request and within minutes was able to schedule a telemedicine appointment for 10am the same day. My emails were answered promptly, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. The telemedicine doctor was friendly, answered all my questions and he ordered a COVID-19 test. I received a call to schedule the test within minutes, and by noon I was driving into the parking lot of Liberty Urgent Care to be tested in my car. The nurse came to my vehicle, administered the test, and informed me results would be available within 48 hours. The following day, not even 24 hours later, I received a call informing me of the results and an emailed copy of the lab report. Everyone from the receptionist, nurse, doctor and techs were kind, helpful, responsive and professional. I also like the online patient portal to access medical history, visit summary, request prescriptions and view lab results The efficient and personalized care is well worth driving a little further, and I’ll be using this clinic for my family’s urgent care needs going forward.

{ One of the few urgent cares that were open and I’m glad! Staff was super friendly, informative, and helpful (I fell down the stairs and injured my ankle so walking was extremely painful) and came out and gathered my paperwork and wheeled me to and from the rooms and to the car. The wait was not long at all either even though there were several people before me. 10/10 recommend.
