FAQ

What hours are you open?

Our Horsham clinic is open Monday through Friday 8am – 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am – 6pm. Our Hatfield clinic is open Monday through Friday 8am – 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am – 5pm.

Do I need an appointment?

Liberty Urgent Care is a walk-in facility and does not take appointments. Please visit our website, www.libertyucc.com, and check in online! You are able to see if there is a wait and fill out the necessary paperwork ahead of coming in.

What do you treat in your urgent care center?

Liberty Urgent Care provides medical care for everything from colds and flu, cuts and sprains, dislocations and fractures. We provide physicals, EKGs and Xrays. We do minor surgical procedures (like stitches), offer lab services, and can provide some prescription treatment.

What about insurance?

Insurance is not required at Liberty Urgent Care, but most major insurance is accepted. We do not accept out-of-state Medicaid. If you are unsure if we accept your insurance, please give us a call at 215-422-3646.
If you currently do not have insurance, Liberty Urgent Care offers self-pay discounts and a very cost-effective medical membership program that allows our patients access to medical services at both our facilities. To find out more, ask us about our VIP Medical Membership Program!

How long will I have to wait?

Most Liberty Urgent Care patients are seen in 30 minutes. Compare that to an average near 5-hour wait in the emergency room and more than 20 days wait for an appointment with a Primary Care Physician!

How much does urgent care cost compared to the ER?

The average ER visit is about $375 more than a visit to Urgent Care. According to the CDC, more than 85 million people visited the ER unnecessarily last year! If they had visited Urgent Care instead, more than $40 billion could have been saved by patients, insurers and the whole system.

What about the quality of care?

Liberty Urgent Care is proud to offer a highly trained and competent medical team. All are up to date on special credentialing and training requirements. We use state of the art equipment and facilities, and all are routinely commended for functionality and cleanliness. From patients, to staff, to medical professionals- we strive for continual high-quality health care.

What is the medical membership program?

Liberty Urgent Care offers our patients the option for consistent, inexpensive access to medical care through our VIP Medical Membership Program. Enrollment and membership fees are due when you sign up, and each visit is $35. The VIP Program is not an insurance plan, and insurance is not billed. It covers most in house services provided (in-house labs, xray) but does not cover medications, outside referrals, medical equipment, and outside labs.
