Liberty is now offering mental health services!
Too many people struggle with depression, anxiety, and mental health issues. Whether you are looking for counseling alone or want to learn about mental health medication options, we are here to help!
Medication Management Services
If you are already working with a counselor who does not prescribe medications, we can provide psychiatric medication services. If you need medication, you can make an appointment with our provider to discuss options, start a new medication, or renew an existing medication.
Psychotherapy and counseling services
When you schedule counseling services with Liberty, you will see a licensed therapist via telemedicine. Many people find that having the option to see a therapist virtually is not only more convenient, but also more comfortable. We have a wide availability of appointment times and specialize in all types of mental health issues for adults 18+.

We are in-network with most insurance plans. Please contact your insurance provider to verify your benefits.
Pricing and Policies
Medication
- Medications are dispensed on an as needed basis.
- A medical evaluation is required before any medications will be prescribed. This may include a drug test.
- Insurance is accepted for these services. The self-pay cost of an initial visit with the provider is $200. A drug test is an additional $25.
- We will prescribe a maximum on one month’s medication at a time.
- While on our program, you will be required to have at least monthly visits with the provider for medications. Each follow up visit is $125.
- We require at least 48 hours notice before a canceled appointment. Otherwise you will be charged for your visit.
Counseling
- Counseling is typically once a week.
- Insurance is not accepted. Cost for the first visit is $225 and for follow up visits is $125.
- Intake forms are required to make sure we are a good fit to be able to help you.
- Because everyone is different, in some situations we will need to refer you to other providers for mental health services if we feel your situation is not something that can be handled with our program.
- We require at least 48 hours notice before a canceled appointment. Otherwise you will be charged for your visit.
